FRAME_04 is a collection of moments that feel like a fragmented memory. One second, it’s the weight of the water, the next it’s the rush of a train platform.
This is the fourth installment of the FRAME series. Unlike the previous work, this one focuses more on the new Kling 3.0 and Kling 3.0 Omni technologies.
Before compiling this frame I ran some quick tests. My main takeaways:
- [K3.0] Using a binding element (character) can reduce prompt adherence. In my generates, adding the binding element made the shot turn into a single long take.
- [K3.0 Omni] If you do want to bind a character, use the Omni version (or use element-to-video). Even when the start frame is locked it can be reinterpreted by Kling 3.0 Omni. I think Omni is better when you want the model to have some room for interpretation.
- [K3.0] Without a binding element, prompt adherence is higher. I used a more narrative prompting style and avoided timestamps (see Success 08 prompt). For example, in SH009 the diver’s light was supposed to flicker; when I used the binding element the light did not flicker behind them and ignored the original instruction.
This was not a detailed test. For solid conclusions I usually run 2 images or videos per generate, but due to limited credits I relied on my intuition, which could be completely wrong. So, take this with a grain of salt and trust your own experiments. But I hope this helps.

Prompt (K3.0-omni)
From the opening wide shot, the man walks with a heavy, deliberate pace. The camera performs a smooth orbital move, spiraling downward to a low-angle perspective while maintaining a fixed distance. Then, a sharp cut to a cowboy shot from a side profile; the man’s lips move as he whispers “What is this place?” with an awe-struck tone. After the dialogue, the camera cuts back to a full-body wide shot. As the man stops walking, the floating stones begin to ascend vertically until they align with his head. Simultaneously, the camera performs a crane-up to a high-angle, making the man appear small in the vast desert. @Image1 @Element1
Prompt (K3.0+element)
A high-intensity one-shot tracking take. The camera starts in a Medium Shot, perfectly synchronized to the man’s sprinting pace with a raw handheld shake. [Audio: Deep bass rumble of a collapsing building, crackling fire, and heavy, rapid boots].As he runs, he begins to wheeze with exhaustion. [Character: The Survivor, raspy trembling voice]: “Come on… just a little further!”Immediately, a massive steel girder slams into the ground in front of him with a deafening [Sound Effect: Metallic crash]. The camera orbits 180 degrees around his side as he performs a desperate sliding maneuver to avoid the debris. His face is illuminated by the orange glow of the fire.Without cutting, the camera pulls back (Dolly-out) into a Wide Shot, revealing the scale of the collapsing warehouse behind him as he reaches the blinding light of the exit. The soundscape transitions from the roar of the fire to the sudden, muffled silence of the outdoors.
Prompt (K3.0-omni)
Steady tracking shot of @Element1 maintaining a consistent distance as the tactical man @Image1 runs toward the camera. he glances over his shoulder with a determined yet panicked expression. the camera then smoothly transitions into high-angle and god’s eye view, making the character look small. Finally, the scene cuts to a medium close-up of his face as he continues to run. Audio features the rhythmic steps and his ragged, heavy breathing. No music.
Prompt (K3.0+element)
A handheld shaky camera pushes into the climber’s face as his hands tremble on the cliff edge. He bows his head in despair with eyes closed, then cuts to a side profile showing him fighting back tears. He suddenly looks forward with a determined scowl and lets out a powerful scream. Immediately cut to an extreme wide shot of his tiny silhouette against a massive, snowy mountain peak under a grey sky. Audio: Loud wind, heavy breathing, and a lone echoing scream. No music.
Prompt (K3.0+element)
Steady tracking shot maintaining a consistent distance as the tactical man runs toward the camera. he glances over his shoulder with a determined yet panicked expression. the camera then smoothly transitions into a god’s eye view, making the character look small against the vast, rain-slicked urban landscape. Finally, the scene cuts to a medium close-up of his face as he continues to run. Audio features the rhythmic metallic clinking of his tactical vest and his ragged, heavy breathing.
Prompt (K3.0)
The scene begins with the industrial control panels and red alarm lights behind the diver strobes erratically. The diver starts to look back at the malfunctioning equipment, then suddenly freezes as a massive, muffled thud vibrates through the pressure hull. He snaps his head forward, staring wide-eyed through his glass visor. The camera performs a smooth orbital wrap, moving from a close-up of his face to a position behind his shoulder, revealing his silhouette against the dark porthole. SFX: Thick, rhythmic inhalation and exhalation inside the helmet; the sharp crackle of short-circuiting electronics; a heavy, echoing external impact.
Prompt (K3.0+element)
Starting from the kneeling position, the camera performs a smooth jib shot rising into a high angle. Intense wind creates violent secondary motion on the character’s clothing. The man slowly prostrates himself, bringing his hands to his head in despair; then, he reaches down to clutch a handful of wet sand. Simultaneously, the camera performs a fast tracking-in move, dropping sharply to an extreme low-angle macro shot of his head. Audio: Deep, irregular heaving of the chest, the gritty crunch of sand being squeezed, and the sharp whistle of wind against the cliffs.
Prompt (K3.0-omni)
[Robert] [Image] A disorienting cinematic sequence opens with an extreme high-angle crane shot, slowly pushing in on a lone figure lying on desolate brutalist concrete, the frame subtly rotating amidst a silent, echoing environment with a faint, distant hum. At the 2-second mark, a quick cut reveals a tight close-up as the character’s eyes snap open with an abrupt, desperate gasp, their head still on the cold ground. Immediately, a slow reverse tracking shot pulls back as the character disorientedly pushes into a seated position, clutching their head, uttering “Where am I?” in a weak, confused voice. The scene then cuts to an extreme high-angle wide shot, mirroring the opening, as the character slowly rises to their feet. Finally, a medium-long cowboy shot executes a slow, sweeping arc around the now-standing character, starkly revealing the vast, isolating brutalist architecture, as the oppressive silence returns to amplify their profound disorientation.
